  3. Hygiene Standards: Items where hygiene is critical must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.
  4. Defective on Arrival: The product must have been found defective immediately upon receipt.
  5. Shipping Charges: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
  6. Processing Time: Returns will be processed within 7 business days, and acknowledgment will be issued if the conditions are met.

Note: We reserve the right to reject returns if the items appear used or damaged due to improper handling.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your shipment.

  • If your order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible until you receive the product. Once received, you may initiate a return.
  • Orders are processed through an automated system and cannot be interrupted once shipping begins.

  • All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note: As our goods are shipped from Asia, transit times may vary and are beyond our control. If your order is in transit, cancellation is not possible until delivery.
